About TMC Legal
We handle bills of costs, budgets, Points of Dispute and Replies, negotiation and costs hearings. Most of our work comes from claimant firms in personal injury, clinical negligence and civil liberties, alongside commercial litigators.
Our costs lawyers are regulated by the Costs Lawyer Standards Board.
Inquest costs are a particular focus. We also act on multi-track personal injury, clinical negligence, civil liberties, housing, judicial review and commercial claims.
We draft Points of Dispute as well as bills, so we know where a paying party will push.
Drafting, budgeting, negotiation and advocacy all happen in-house. Your file doesn't change hands between firms on the way to a hearing.
We can work from your case management system or a shared workspace, on single files or in volume.
We tell you what we think a bill is worth, and when an offer is worth taking, even when it's not what you hoped to hear.
