Where there is an order or judgment for costs in civil proceedings in the courts listed below, or the case was being dealt with by that court when the event occurred that gave rise to the right to assessment (or was transferred to it subsequently), the receiving party must file the request for detailed assessment in the SCCO. All applications and requests must be made there. The relevant courts are: Barnet, Brentford, Bromley, Central London, Clerkenwell and Shoreditch, Croydon, Edmonton, Ilford, Kingston, Lambeth, Mayors and City of London, Romford, Uxbridge, Wandsworth and Willesden.
